Name: Luigi Classification/Family: Jump Man
Major Arcana: Description: [x] Infomation: The infamous sidekick of Mario from Super Mario Bros. He is locally known for his many accomplishments, as well as saving Mario twice, and helping his brother save the Mushroom Kingdom numerous of times. His greatest accomplishment by far has been saving the universe from Mimi, although most of the credit went to Mario, Peach, and Bowser.

Luigi Cyclone: Luigi spins around, flailing his arms around and using his weapon before creating a cartoony whirlwind. This has the 51% of Knocked Down Status when hitting an enemy. If this does not hit anyone, then the Luigi gets in Knocked down status himself. -15% ACC when using this. Can target everyone. DV: 00 14STA 12FURY
GREEN of Envy: Luigi's desperation move. When in dire straits, this move is avaliable to use, GREEN of Envy. Green Electricity starts flaring all over his body, sparkling in a wild fashion, then Luigi will do a series of 3-7 (d5 to determine) strikes then finishes off with a BANG, sending out a slim beam of lighting using two hands. Must be at 5HP or less. DV: 00 13STA 10MP 100%TotalFURY
Super Jump (Battle): In battle, a Jump Man will awesomely stomp onto an enemy's head! The weapon damage is 20%+5 of the STR. DV: 00 9STA 14FURY
Thundah Javalin: You start charging, this will take at least one turn and extended will increase damage. After chariging, the Lighting flashes from a Blue-to-a-Green and Luigi dives for the opponent and strikes at them like a Javalin. +17 Air (+3 for each charge) When you charge 5 turns this transforms into AWESOME Crackle DV:00 100%CurrentFURY (for each charge) 30MP
*Stache: The Luck stat. You roll d100 for a critical, and the stache stat is the % a critical will result.
